Blue and Gray 'Classic'
Blue & Gray Classic is the game as first published by SPI in the 1970's.
Effectively the first edition of the rules.
This was added due to popular demand by a large number of Hex Warriors.
How this varies from the third edition of the game rules in the normal Blue and Gray games is as follows:

All units have six movement points.

Artillery may advance after combat.

A unit in a stack may not be withheld from combat.

There is no strategic movement.

Cavalry may not retreat before combat.

This is no 'Fog of War' option.

The attacker effectiveness rule is no in play.

Artillery do not need to achieve 1 to 3 odds to attack on their own.
